Nostalgia

Well here is your new vocab word for the day, Nostalgia. The definition is a sentimental yearning for the happiness of a former place or time. That place for me is defiantly Oregon! I have been going there almost every year since I was a little girl. The smell of salt, the moisture, the grandeur of the sea, the crashing of the waves, the rain, the greenness, and the joy in my families' faces while there, has made me fall in love with that land. It has always been a place of paradise for me. No matter what point in life I was/am in , it is a place to clear my head! It is my DREAM to move up there and go to school! All of this snow here in Utah has made me yearn for Oregon so much lately! BRING THE SEA TO ME!!

Helllloo World!

I DID IT I DID IT I DID IT!!!

I did what you might ask? I finally set up a BLOG!

I was sitting in bed the other night and all the sudden I had a really weird urge to go look at blogs. Weird right?? I had never even been on one!!!( I'm pretty sure it had to have been a prompting or something)! So I got up, got online, and ended looking through many. I couldn't believe how many people had them and all the different, amazing, interesting things people blog about! All of them were just so inspiring to me!

I knew right then I wanted a Blog!

It is such an awesome way to express your feelings, thoughts, beliefs, without people getting on your case for clogging up their Facebook feed or running out of text on Twitter! I feel like this is a way I can share my thoughts and passions! Especially share my two passions for the LDS CHURCH and FASHION! I pretty much live for these two things! The gospel brings me so much joy! And through the gospel I have set standards of Modesty. I love fashion and I love the challenge of trying to put together really fashion forward outfits that are modest! Because Modest really is Hottest! and I have found out these past months that fashion is really my outlet to expressing myself. It is a way to express who I am and how I am feeling that day!

So anyways, I hope this blog can help me with these things and hey maybe even make a difference in someone's life! Let the adventure begin!
